These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, taking into account international legal principles. By using ChoirConnect, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the platform shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction designated by ChoirConnect, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws in your country of residence.
1. Admin Eligibility and Representation
1.1 Each choir or group must be initially registered by one (1) primary administrator (“Initial Admin”).
1.2 The Initial Admin must be:
a) At least 18 years old; or
b) A legally authorized representative of the choir or group.
1.3 The Initial Admin confirms having full authority to act on behalf of the choir/group.
2. Registration and Required Information
2.1 The Initial Admin agrees to provide complete and accurate information, including but not limited to:
a) Choir/group name
b) Location
c) Contact information
d) Description and classification
2.2 All information must be truthful, current, and maintained up to date.
3. Payment, Activation, and Multi-Admin Requirement
3.1 A choir/group account becomes active only after successful payment and activation.
3.2 Upon activation, the Initial Admin is required to add a minimum of two (2) additional administrators.
3.3 These additional administrators shall:
a) Have authorized access to manage the choir/group profile;
b) Assist in managing users, data, and administrative functions.
3.4 Failure to comply may result in restricted access or suspension.
4. Admin Structure and Access Rights
4.1 Each choir/group shall have:
a) One Initial Admin; and
b) At least two additional admins after activation.
4.2 All admins are granted management rights as defined by ChoirConnect.
4.3 The Initial Admin remains the primary point of accountability.
5. One Choir – One Registration Rule
5.1 Each choir/group may only be registered once.
5.2 Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited.
5.3 ChoirConnect reserves the right to remove or merge duplicate entries.
6. Account Security and Responsibility
6.1 Each admin is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
6.2 All activities under admin accounts are the responsibility of the respective admins.
6.3 ChoirConnect is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.
7. Content Ownership and Responsibility
7.1 Admins are responsible for all published content, including texts, images, videos, and announcements.
7.2 Content must:
a) Comply with applicable laws;
b) Respect third-party rights;
c) Not be harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.
7.3 ChoirConnect reserves the right to remove content without prior notice.
8. Authenticity and Non-Impersonation
8.1 The choir/group must be real and accurately represented.
8.2 Impersonation or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
8.3 Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
9. Acceptable Use
9.1 Admins agree not to:
a) Engage in spam or fraudulent activity;
b) Upload malicious software;
c) Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
10. Communication
10.1 Admins agree to receive communications regarding:
a) Account status;
b) Platform updates;
c) Security alerts.
11. Data and Privacy
11.1 Data is processed in accordance with ChoirConnect’s Privacy Policy.
11.2 Admins must ensure proper consent when sharing member's information.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1 ChoirConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
a) False information is provided;
b) These terms are violated;
c) Required admin structure is not maintained;
d) Misuse or harmful activity is detected.
13. Ownership and Control
13.1 The Initial Admin is recognized as the primary owner of the choir profile.
13.2 Transfer of admin rights is subject to verification.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 ChoirConnect shall not be held responsible for:
a) Internal disputes within a choir/group;
b) Data loss due to user actions;
c) Indirect or consequential damages.
15. Amendments
15.1 ChoirConnect may revise these Terms at any time.
15.2 Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Acceptance
16.1 By registering and activating a choir/group, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
The denomination refers to the religious organization or Christian tradition to which your choir belongs.
